Founding members · limited places. We are welcoming a small founding circle at the foundation rate, in exchange for a kind word and an introduction or two. Places are limited, and we would love one to be yours.

When a friend you introduce books and pays for a course, you take 5% off your next course, rising 1% with every friend who joins, up to 10%, and they take 5% off their first. It stacks with your founding rate, and it is for courses, not single sessions or the trial.

Can I bring a friend?
Yes, that is Duo. Two of you, one instructor, the same private studio. The same personal attention, with twice the laughter.
Where is the studio?
A private home studio in Sembawang, in the north of Singapore. It is an easy trip if you are around Yishun, Woodlands, Admiralty, or Canberra, and we share the full address once your session is confirmed. The privacy is part of the calm, the space is only ever yours.
What should I wear or bring?
Comfy clothes you can move and breathe in, and grippy socks if you have them. We have the reformer and everything else ready for you.
Is there a cat? What if I have allergies, or would rather not?
Snowball lives at the studio, but she is never part of your session unless you would like her to be. If you would simply rather she was not around, tell us when you book and she stays out of the studio for your whole hour. If you have a cat allergy, please let us know: we keep her away and air the room beforehand, and as it is a home she lives in, do take your usual precautions if your allergy is a strong one.
Can I refer a friend?
Yes, and you both save. When a friend you introduce books and pays for a course, you take 5% off your next course, rising 1% with every friend who joins, up to 10%, and they take 5% off their first. It stacks with your founding rate and is confirmed when you book. The discount is for courses, not single sessions or the trial, and it unlocks only once your friend has booked and paid, so a referral that does not lead to a paid course does not apply.
