Artio runs a four-day work week because we would rather have a focused, rested team than a stretched one. Four days, full pay, no drop in standard. It is a conviction, not a trend we borrowed.
Four days, full pay
A genuine reduced week, Monday to Thursday, 10am to 5pm (SGT). Not the same hours squeezed into fewer days.
Senior and small
You work alongside the founders on real projects, with real ownership, from day one.
Craft over churn
We protect focus so the work stays excellent. We grow slowly and on purpose.
